Check app update> log out game> restart device and wait 5 minutes after power on> open game and log in, please clear cache. Start anew. RC is currently having problems with the internet and I've passed it on. I will pass yours on too.

If your question relates to the Royal Championship, there are currently internet connection issues in the game. It has already been reported and work is under way.
Please have some patience. We cannot say at the moment how long it will take.

If after following the steps indicated by Spinnifix the problem persists, please try turning off your device's internet connection for a couple of minutes, with the game open. Then turn on your device connection again, it should now work properly. Some players solved it that way.

I have an iPhone 6 and ever since the update to jelly I have not been able to connect to the internet for the royal championship. Since apple came out with new phones (I will not be buying one) and maybe jelly royal has been configured for new phones is that maybe why my old iPhone is not able to connect to internet for the royal championship? I get internet for All other king games. Does this make sense? Can it be fixed? Thanks💜
