My internet connection is excellent but the RC insists on not opening due to the internet connection. What is going on? Thanks for your time and help in advance.
We have some good news for you- the team has found the fix, and it should be live when the next championship starts, at least for Android devices. It is very important, however, that you update your game and device to the latest version in order to receive this fix.

When I turned on the device connection again everything worked correctly.

IMPORTANT It is not about turning off the router or device you are connected to, I am talking about turning off the connection on the device you are playing on. When the error message appears, you turn off the connection, wait two minutes and turn it on again. I insist on the device you are playing on, not the router. Please let me know if it worked here 🤞

I have tried everything suggested such as on/off connections, deleting cache, ensuring lots of memory space, reinstalling, resetting network connections, log in/out and absolutely nothing is fixing this. Is it possible there is some sort of conflict with other apps? 💚 Thanks!

I have an iPhone 6 and ever since the update to jelly I have not been able to connect to the internet for the royal championship. Since apple came out with new phones (I will not be buying one) and maybe jelly royal has been configured for new phones is that maybe why my old iPhone is not able to connect to internet for the royal championship? I get internet for All other king games. Does this make sense? Can it be fixed? Thanks💜

If your question relates to the Royal Championship, there are currently internet connection issues in the game. It has already been reported and work is under way.
Please have some patience. We cannot say at the moment how long it will take.

Check app update> log out game> restart device and wait 5 minutes after power on> open game and log in, please clear cache. Start anew. RC is currently having problems with the internet and I've passed it on. I will pass yours on too.

Ever since I did the new update last night for the iPhone, it wound let me in Royal Championship. It keeps telling me I don’t have internet connection and I do. Please help with this. It’s the best part of the game.

Sorry to inform you that there seems to be issue with RC and this has been reported to our CM. Hopefully, there will be an answer soon.
In the meantime, please disconnect your device from internet, wait for couple of minutes, then reconnect back your device to the internet, play a level and try to access the RC. If the issue is still the same, please try again few hours later.
If this continues and you are still not able to access the game, please take a screenshot of your issue with the timing and report to the King's support team on the expired RC that you've purchased and not used by following the steps below.
On a mobile device and in the Windows app, go to the Settings and Help Center. Choose a topic and you'll find the 'Contact us' in the bottom of the page and send an email to Player Support from there.
If you play on the Facebook or King.com websites, send the email from here to help us get your missing items back. Pssst... Remember to use the email address associated with your Facebook or King account when filling the contact details so we can locate you faster.

Hello, I paid for 24hrs of unlimited RC plays and it won’t connect to the internet now? I can play the main board games and levels with no problem but all of the sudden I can’t connect with the Royal Championship and I’m in the #1 spot!? Please help!
ive also uninstalled multiple times… I’ve turned my iPad Pro on and off multiple times… still nothing.

I was having the same problems on my iPhone with it saying 'no internet' for the Royal Game, but working fine on the main game. I did as suggested above: opened the game, kept it open but turned off my internet (wifi and data), waited for 2 minutes and when I turned them back onagin, it worked. Hope this helps!
I was not able to access the Thursday/Friday Royal Championship game. Today. Saturday, December 12, 2020, I was able to play a few rounds. When I tried to access the the game several hours later, the error message " No internet connection" appeared yet again. This is an ongoing issue with this game and incredibly frustrating. All the instructions provided (clear your cache & cookies, turn your internet on & off, restart your phone, restart the game, etc) don't work. This is a flaw with the game, especially when it affects all types of phones.
I just tried disconnecting my iPhone from WiFi/cellular data for a few minutes and then reconnecting, as suggested above. This didn’t work for me :( I’m still getting the “no internet connection” error message.
