@domanmom please be patient. That's exactly the way it is for me. It's not their internet and not their device. It must be a fault with RC as it occurs in almost all users.
As already written above, the problem is reported. We have to wait for our community manager on Monday. Maybe it can give us a status (hopefully good).

@tkdub Hi and welcome, Looking at the Jelly forum there are a few people that have had an issue with the RC and internet connection this weekend. As this is the case it may be Monday before we can get any news on this.
All you could do was the troubleshooting tips from @Sukanta_Biswas above and if this not helped, all we can do is be patient and wait till Monday and hopefully we will have some news

Well I also tried turning off my wifi, waited a couple of minutes turned it back on and still shows no internet connection plus friends that send me lives is no longer there, but everything is on my Samsung tablet.doesn't .make any sense.

My app is up to date, I have tried WiFi and cellular data, turned the phone off, I even logged out, deleted app and logged back in. Am still unable to load RC. I did loose all my gold and bonus items though so that was great 🙄. Using iPhone. Checked previous reports and tried everything listed but still nothing.

Is anyone having problems with getting a no connection message and no internet access message when they try to enter the RC? I have Uninstaller the game and cleared my cache then reinstalled the game and it still happens.

Hiya yes I am having problems as well. Keeps saying no internet access even though my WiFi is on. I’ve also tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it makes no difference. I really want to play the VS event but it just won’t let me log in! It’s really frustrating.

Message says no internet connection playing candy crush royal championship and it started a couple of days ago, before that everything was fine, even with a new phone
