Why am I always losing my internet connection during Royal Championship? I’m connected and I’ve noticed others are having the same issue. Once again I was about to win, I had 44 points and it was the last game of the level I was on. So not only did I automatically lose, but I’m back down to the beginning of this level. So infuriating!
Hi there, are you playing with mobile or PC? Here's the link for issues relating to game and troubleshooting including how to restore your progress. Please be reminded not to reinstall your game as you may lose all your boosters inventories.

Hello @JMag and welcome to the community! The no internet issue on RC has been ongoing for a while. Sometimes opening and closing the game multiple times helps. That's what worked for me the last time I had the issue. If the problem persists for you though, please share your game ID so some checks can be made on your account.

Yes, as our dear @headoperations , @wykoon and our Game Expert @RegalRenz say, there are some connection issues related to the event and the Studio is trying to improve the connectivity.
I also wanted to ask you about the error message you received in the Community. Has it happened again? Can you please try to access that area once more? It would be very helpful to spot any problem there might be in the forum. 😉

Hopefully the issue is fixed soon, it happened again last night just as I was about to win the last treasure chest and move to the next level.
It was even more frustrating because it took me all day to win more than 2 challenges in a row and get that far.
However, I do love playing RC and always look forward to it! 🥰
Yes, I still get that error message. I tried hitting the link for finding my game ID and it popped up.
I have full speed wifi, excellent signal but yet it keeps saying I don’t have an internet connection!!!
none of my other Apps are doing this except this one, the game was updated and since then I can’t compete 😡😡😡😡😡

Please check your Intert or WiFi connection. Check App update> Sign out game> Restart device and wait 5 minutes after power on> Open game and sign in.
Please clear the cache. Otherwise ignore it and it could come loose !
