@domanmom please be patient. That's exactly the way it is for me. It's not their internet and not their device. It must be a fault with RC as it occurs in almost all users.
As already written above, the problem is reported. We have to wait for our community manager on Monday. Maybe it can give us a status (hopefully good).
@tkdub Hi and welcome, Looking at the Jelly forum there are a few people that have had an issue with the RC and internet connection this weekend. As this is the case it may be Monday before we can get any news on this.
All you could do was the troubleshooting tips from @Sukanta_Biswas above and if this not helped, all we can do is be patient and wait till Monday and hopefully we will have some news

My app is up to date, I have tried WiFi and cellular data, turned the phone off, I even logged out, deleted app and logged back in. Am still unable to load RC. I did loose all my gold and bonus items though so that was great 🙄. Using iPhone. Checked previous reports and tried everything listed but still nothing.
