What is the issue ?
I was able to progress to 3560 on my iPhone so I have no idea what the problem could be, they usually sync up. They are both up to date.. ?

Please follow these steps to fix this problem
- check that both the browser and your game are up to date on all the devices you use.
- log out of all devices.
- clear cache also in all.
- reboot devices
- log in only one When you verify that it is correct, log out and log in on the other device.
