    I have been playing all day and at least three times so far, I complete a level or get to a point where I win a chest and it says “sorry. There was a problem.” And I lose my progress (and the items I used to get me to that level! Now I chose the stripe and wrapped lollipop to play with and it said it couldn’t find me a match. I hit try again and then it comes up “something went wrong.” Not only did I lose these items, but it then told me I lost progress, and I was playing for a chest at the end of that level. Now I have to start again! Please fix this issue and compensate me for my lost items.

    Hi there,

    Addict to royal championship, I faced twice the following issue :

    You play & win the game, but at the end a window pops up and say : "sorry, an error occured" (despite internet connection is still up & running fine)....and you lost your progress.

    This is unfair,

    Hello Studio,

    The internet situation (claimed by the game) cost me a 5 game streak. The game stalled then ended in the middle of my fifth game of which I was winning. Pure nonsense.

    Sometimes when I’m about to win the other player will leave and it freezes my game for literally MINUTES! It just sits there with the connecting symbol spinning. If I leave instead of wait it’ll count as a loss for me. Very frustrating when I’m on a hot streak. I just got knocked off of my streak that I used a lot of bonuses to attain. What a waste!!!

    Hi and Happy New Year to all!!

    I come again because of an issue I have today, not an internet connection one, but maybe it is related to this:

    The game has stolen from me earned points!

    I want to post some screenshots, but unfortunately all of them are after the issue!

    1st match: win (no perfect game) 5 +1 in the chest = 6 points

    2nd match: win (perfect) 7 points

    3rd match: win(perfect) 7+2 in the chest = 9 points

    Proceeded to next level with 22points and I was on 1st place together with a player named Vittorio, both with 22 points.

    4th match win (perfect) 7 + 1 point in the chest = 8

    Well 22 + 8 = 30, but the game put me to 21 points! I have screenhots (I am Nikolaos. Unfortunately I have not a previous screenshot showing you the 22 points together with Vittorio):


    In the meanwhile I had an internet connection message, but it happened between matches and I already had earned the points!

    If you have todays game history in your records, please look at this! It looks to me very strange!

    After this I continued playing, so I have now a different score!

    Hi! I come again about a not internet connection problem. It happened 3 times today to my wife, after her win!

    She told me that all of them she had the same opponent, a mouse like profile. Unfortunately we did not keep the name, but next time I am going to have a screenshot. Maybe is a hacker. The main problem is that player loose streak and the worst is that goes back to the beginning, being harder to go on, if has spent boosters.

    I don't have access to the RC. This started yesterday. I guess there was an update? I've done all of the things I was told to do and sometimes at the bottom of the screen there's a map and arena (which I assume is RC) which says it's closed. When I go back into the game, the map and arena are not there anymore. If I log out and restart my phone a few times, it MIGHT show back up, but the arena is still closed. I don't know what's going on, but I would really like to play RC. I like to buy the 24 hours of tickets on the weekends😥

    My RC arena is closed rn and been since yesterday, but I’m not sure why. My connection is fine. Is this normal since the new update or is it still meant to be only mondays that there’s no game? I don’t know how much longer I’ll last without my RC 😩 so can someone PLEASE HELP ME?? 🙏🏽 😉
