Hi @ginanabtl and welcome to our lovely and helpful community.
The same has happened to me before but in another Crush game. If you happened to have taken a screenshot include it when you contact support from within your game.
To contact the Help Center select the gear ⚙️ icon on the main screen / select the last option in the line (on my iPhone it’s an “i” / type in “missing items“ into the search bar / you may select missing boosters or just immediately scroll down to the bottom of the page and select contact us. Remember to include a screenshot if you took one when you submit it.
This has worked for me a handful of times with a positive outcome. Restoration of my lost boosters/prizes. Good luck and hopefully you’ll experience the same Jellylicious outcome.
