    I had 3 gold bars. I don't know how I got two. Plus I never had to pay. I don't know what is going on But I'm still locked out.

    I asked you to click on 'Back to Day 1', what does it show when you do that?

    And also, you said you are using a very old message, could you send me the link? Links change!

    Hello Together, I have already responded in various PM. I don't know which platform @Cat-13 is using, but the first thing to do is to try the standard error-making process. Most of the time, it helps to clear the cache, log off, turn off the device completely and wait a few minutes. Turn the device back on, log in. If the "Back to Day 1" button is still disabled, only a new installation will probably help. But this is the worst method, because then all boosters are lost. 

  • Well, this problem is very strange!

    I had more than a year to play Jelly on my computer (Win 7) via facebook! I always play on my phone.

    Tried today to play on computer to test if I have problem too!

    After some trying because of facebook interface changes, it was possible to play, of course on day 1! Everything was normal!

    Really strange problem!!

    I won't dare click on back to day one. That's starting from the beginning! I just checked again. I'm still locked out and had NOT heard back from Candy chrush people. I e-mailed them and they did nothing.

    No matter what I do I can'tr get back on. The company themselves seem to locked me out.

    @NikolaosProdromidis she wrote to me via PM that she was playing on Facebook. Unfortunately, I am not familiar with that. What are the ways to fix the error? It cannot press the "Back to Day 1" button, it is disabled.
