I haven't been able to play jelly for about a week, it refuses to load, I play through FB. When i try to play i get this pic, Soda loads fine though
iM HAVING THE SAME ISSUE. THATS WHY SOUGHT THIS PAGE TO GET SOME INFORMATION. IM HAVING SEVERE CANDY CRUSH WITHDRAW AND WISH THEY WOULD FIX THIS

To be honest i do everything on chrome, i haven't used edge ever or firefox in ages. I don't even know the sign ins for FF anymore. All your link said was "try another browser", I don't use another one, so can't really, BTW soda works perfectly, same company, should work the same, I guess i await it being fixed. Sad part I was fixing to pull ahead of my Sugar Witch level with this one. guess that'll have to wait

It is really helpful to know these things and what's been tried to as far as troubleshooting goes. The more info I have when passing issues on the better.
Are your accounts synced. Help with that here.

Day 5- still not able to log in. Not my computer as my laptop cant log in either.
