In my case, I do not play CC, I play CC Jelly CC Soda and recently CC with friends (off browser through windows) the only one that is not currently loading is CC Jelly. my ID is 1460635424, sorry I never thought to give that sooner. Missed that part of your first post, just saw the link

As of 1.35 cst time Friday it still is not working. Maybe you need new batteries for your wand?

It also looks like you are playing through Facebook and there can sometimes be a Facebook game room incompatibility. Check that info here

I clicked the first step cited in your message and it said I was not authorized to enter,
So I proceeded with the second suggestion. And reset both Candy Crush SAGA AND SODA- but the game I am playing is Candy Crush JELLY ...and it was NOT listed.
Ive concluded this has to be the evil works of Licorice Larry. What a despicable creature he is.
Under STILL NOT WORKINGin the instructions- if I UNINSTALL both SAGA AND SODA and download JELLY again from the Microsoft Store- will I have to start from scratch on the game or will my progress over the last several years be lost forever?

That said i fired up edge (never used it before and brought up FB and CC jelly this was the screenshot i got

It's hopeless. I would imagine the owners of this site aren't happy either as I spent a LOT of money on this game.

As you are playing through Facebook, there are some known issues with their Game Room.
You have been very patient and humorous in try all the troubleshooting steps we have given you here. It has been reported and will be looked into here, thank you for you Player ID.
I would recommend contacting Facebook Support for the game room, to get it solved on their end.

I tried to download Candy Crush and the same thing happened. Oh yeah- contact FaceBook..... like they respond to anything, They are as worthless as teats on a boar hog.
