I'm very DISAPPOINTED when studio suddenly blocks me from joining though I still have 1 ticket left. They force me to let the ticket reach 5 then unlock me to join again. That's very FRUSTRATING. Have used all 5 tickets, close the app, wait for an hour to get 1, click "Play" and then what? I'm always getting "no match found" because of this. What have you done, studio?
@NamTruong2001 this situation is very strange!
There is no any reason to restrict players of playing, regardless number of tickets!
It is meaningless and I do not understand who's idea could be! 🤔
@NikolaosProdromidis I agree with you on this. Doesn’t make sense to block someone with tickets remaining. Plus they stated since April 23rd but haven’t seen anyone else complaining about it. We all know there would be. I know I used to have a lot of problems with finding an opponent when i first started playing but only got it sporadically when I did play. There is something obviously wrong but don’t think this is a new “release” for the game.
Actually I was going to post that problem here, but someone would say that is just a glitch. And when this problem has happened to me at least 3, this is very abnormal.
(I did post that problem in Support section, but seem like I'm still the only one who still get this issue)
Ok it is still happening. I'm sure most people are still playing at night and the event is always showing "no match found". That's funny!

@NamTruong2001 , I had today the issue "no match found" for 10- 15 mins. I returned a couple of hours later and the issue was gone!

the RC is very bad this time, i played with the same opponent 3 respective times, first he has 9 streaks and 2 boosters, second time directly with 13 streaks and 2 boosters, third time 6 streak and for sure 2 boosters.
the studio are creating these players or they are real hackers???

I played also with “Carlos” different streaks number and different boosters respectively!
in the beginning I said maybe the photo did not load yet but same name, but when the photo loaded its same opponent! And why us! I have many friend playing and they are not registered in the community never the faced same issues, is that because we are honest in writing our badge color or our progress in the Community here or what?
please check with the studio if they want us out we can log out and never come back!!

Better you have to contact to customer's support!

But now your problem is more serious! So you have to contact again!
I highly doubt that contacting customer support will fix the issue.
They’ll look into it, but if they do not experience an issue, it will not be looked into any further.
I have a feeling this will be one of those “wait until it corrects itself” type of issues.
I don’t want to discourage, I’m just being realistic.
The event is becoming worse and worse from time to time, no development at all, just more downgrade ⬇️
