Why am I getting 11 messages and no help from friends?

I’m getting messages (11-12) so far. I’m not getting lives from my friends (wife included).

    Is that the daily send in Jelly? Facebook?

    Are your device and app/ browser updated?

    This issue is still happening on Facebook, I have 3 messages and it's empty when I open it.

    Thank you for your support. I recently transferred my phone number to an upgrade, but didn’t back anything up. My error. Lost a lot of levels. Will continue with my present levels and get back to having more fun.
