cant play jelly anymore!

I just keep getting an error message for past 2 months???? can anyone help??? I've tried whats suggested on google

Can you please tell me more about your problem? Why can't you play? Are you at the end of the card or do you get an error message?

It would be nice if you had screenshots for me. Maybe I can see your problem better.

Also, you won't be able to play the RC on a laptop only a mobile device
