Can't access to any levels. Yeti in green jelly appears.

What's wrong with this game on Facebook? Click on a level and then I'm stuck with "Yeti in green jelly" screen. I can't understand.

I got the same problem the other day during the 🍧 “Divinely Jellylicious Contest” I was playing from my laptop….What I did was to click “home” in fb so I could leave the game. After 5 minutes I went back in (I had to do it a few times do…🙄) until I got it right.

@NamTruong2001 Hi Again

One where for me its either a problem on kings side or you favorite word clear the browser cache and restart your device. i do this on all browser games that gets the issue, but for jelly it sometimes works and others not. Just for your information tried my jelly on chrome and all seems to be ok
