Today a new update was released in the play store and the problem was fixed on android. Facebook and Windows 10 app is still with the problem.

The Sweet Bamboo Festival Clouds are blocking Red Velvet Valley levels and that happened to me too for 321! Passed it and to 323 just before glitch happened. And, i passed many further levels, additional 400-450 more and got level 730 (almost)

Game Room had some issues.

Please check for the latest update released on Monday for your Jelly game and now may be a good time to do a little maintenance or "housekeeping" of your devices also - cache and browsers and updates for game and device also.👍🌻

This is the last version that came out

Next week, the studio releases a new update to fix the problem.

The mobile version is fixed but Facebook is still the same. :(

Also try clicking on where the level number is supposed to be and see if that works and let me know how you go, although there are some issues with the Facebook Game Room that could be fixed maybe with the latest update?
