    No names come up when I try to send lives to friends …it will say I have 6 lives …I hit the button and the lives don’t show up …they disappear …I’m on level 2000 something …I’ve played the game a long time …this just started about 4 months ago …

    Yes there was an issue with friends notifications recently and that has had a fix with the latest update.

    All things update though so here's a link where you can select you device and go from there. 👍

    I'm getting messages with lives, but none have been showing for over 3 weeks now.

    Reading them comments it says to upgrade version, but I can't see how to do that either

    Welcome to the Community 🤗 I've moved your comments to the discussion about having an empty lives box even after getting some notifications in the game. Here's where we'll update you about this.

    Although the issue can be solved for some players if they update the game to the latest version, for others it's not working yet.

    The team is on it; we hope there will be a solution soon, so that we can update this thread with good news for everybody 🤗

    I am HAVING same problem. My pink envelope says i have alot of messages.. But when i click on it... Its empty
