Wondering about the algorithm ๐ค๐คญ

The game was run when it was first introduced, it was about skill and chance, not pre determined. I used to play everyday but now I come on and lose 5 times in a row and donโt bother for the rest of the week. There are more enjoyable games out there that are actually FUN. Itโs a real shame the developers have done this, itโs no longer a fun game, and I no longer pay for unlimited lives as itโs not fun. I guess I save money here but the game was fun once. So you're going to edit posts just like Google and FB when they highlight problems with your product? There are so many of these posts and you don't do anything to address the complaints or reported issue. At times, it seems and feels like you WANT players to experience anger, defeat and frustration. Why don't you put that in a tv ad? I will continue to document these games and build my case. None of my emails have been responded to by a rep from your company. Unfortunately, I have the time and resources to waste some on this. I enjoy fighting against wrongs .

Hi @jk41664

Editing posts is normal in any Community. Whether it be for swearing, unsupported languages or how something is said rather than what is said ๐๐ค
Yes it can be frustrating at times. There are discussions already in place, by clicking on the "Royal" in the top line above and checking out the Green Boxes for Highlighted Topics. A read of that and a comment there would be On-Topic. The replies have covered the questions asked about tickets here.
Also as a RC player myself, I've found great discussions like Arenas: Hints, tips and screenshots not only provide pics of the current boards in play but also helpful tips on strategy, game play and yes, those marvelous Special Candies (like wrapped candies), placed nicely for a win, at just the right time when the Blocker below them is removed. Or even my favourite Arena, 12, had a tip for removing a hardened Licorice Swirl Blocker, to open up the board space and spread that Jelly! Since discovering that tip, I rarely lose a match in that Arena ๐ฅฐ
Wins are part of a normal game history also and strategy, game play and board type are part of natural play.
Boosters and Blockers are good for a portion but strategy must accompany them.
Another helpful discussion is When a overcaging on purpose becomes a Boomerang - another great read, a fresh perspective and chance for an interchange of strategies and gameplay, between players.
