I won level 365 first. I should be getting 40 gold bars. Instead I got 5 gold bars.

Why you had to win 40 gold bars winning level 365?
If you mean the race, then the first winner gets 5 gold bars, so it is correct what you got! 🙂

Finishing first gives 40 gold bars, it seems that some players have it.

Because in the race, it said the winner will get 40 gold bars. Since I won I should be getting 40 bars instead of 5 bars.
