Why can’t I access my filled piggy bank ? And why when I go to buy a ticket ? It says I have negative 1 bars ??

I am connected to WiFi and I can play but it buffers endlessly when I try to access purchasing .

Did you follow these steps?
You select the piggy bank:
You go to this screen and you select to pay for the 50 gold bars:
Then a confirmation screen comes, (the text is in Greek because this is the default language in my google account 😉). Here you just confirm that you accept the purchasing tapping the green button:
If you don't want to pay, you exit this screen.
