@Lady_Sarina Over a week ago my two game accounts were merged into one somehow. I only used one of the accounts in Candy Crush and that account now has been merged into an account I never used in Candy Crush Jelly, I lost boosters and possibly gold bars. I’m not sure how many gold bars I had. I have contacted the help center regarding this and have not gotten a response from anyone. This merge has caused problems in all of the games I play. Is there any way that the two accounts can be separated and I get compensated for the boosters and gold bars that were lost.

Do you use iOS? The answer that I have is that if you switch accounts in iOS device, the safari cache will sync information!
Now they seem to be merged! If you want to continue switching accounts, you have to clear cache every time you want to switch! However I do not know if you are going to be able restoring your lost boosters etc.
My suggestion is to use only one account on your device!

Please tell me, the two different accounts were:
@Nikolaos_Prodromidis Both accounts were created using King.com I only used one in Candy Crush jelly. The other account I only used in candy crush saga. I used email address and password to create the accounts on the King.com on the game apps

it Was not in an iOS device and I never had any problems using different accounts prior and haven’t since that happened. I regularly clear out the cache history on android and iOS.
