Was alittle tricky dropping down just enough … but 1st … 2nd and 3rd place sorted!! 🥇🥈🥉
I’m normally sat waiting for the event to start … and I had only ever played the long game (the full 48 hours).
I usually come 1st … but have never spent a penny any extras … it’s just done with hard work and perseverance (hence why I enjoyed the option of being able to spend your gold bars on Striped and Packet Lollypop Hammers).
It was only reading your earlier comments that made me realise if you start the event with only 10-ish hours left on the clock, you’d be entered into a much easier league where your chances of winning are increased massssively.
But honestly I found this alittle boring … and personally really enjoy competing in the full event … so I think from now on, I’ll continue playing from the start … and know that when I do win, I have the satisfaction of doing it without any help from the in-app purchases and without nipping in at the end and taking the easy way out!!! ⭐️😁⭐️

Yes, starting about 10 hours or less before event's end gives you a position into a less competitive leaderboard!
However, the leaderboard does not affect who your opponents are! Being into a lesscompetitive leaderboard has the benefit that other players into your leaderboard do not play as much! They are mostly occasional players who may play the 5 tickets and then stop at all or they play one match now and another 7 hours later, they are not so addicted!
Starting from the beginning you have into your leaderboard mostly the fans of the game! They play continously waiting for their next ticket, so you have most possibilities not to be first! Here there are also the unlimited ticket users, but their nu.ber is dramatically decreased during the last months, especially after the availability of boosters' purchasing!
You have to know that this feature has been removed since a few weeks!
