The game music comes back and stays on even when turned off after send and getting lives given, I've had this problem going back last two versions of game.
I am using latest version of the game 1.42.16.0 which was installed today 25 may 2017. I am using the Windows 10 pc app, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game which has solved the issue

Hi Graeme!
I haven't seen other threads on King care with this issue so it might be a local issue - most probably due to drivers for the sound card.
I suggest you check for driver updates directly from the producers website.
Another option is to play the game through your browser.

My drivers are up-to date this issue only happens with candy crush jelly saga all other apps work perfectly well so I know its candy crush jelly saga.
As for playing though a browser if I do that I will not be able play the challenges like the cupcake marathon so i can win boosters.
