Clearing Your Cache
I try clear my cache every three games I play in Royal Championship. Lately I have noticed that when I go back and reopen Candy Crush Jelly if my mastery screen (can't remember what the correct name of this) where I have to tap to continue comes up first, I have to go back to clear my cache once again because what I just cleared is back again. Take for instance if I have 3.10 in my cache, when I go back after reopening Jelly I will have 2.10 in my cache or some other number. The thing is I just cleared it to zero. This is only happening when the mastery points come up first after reopening. Has anyone noticed this?

Hi @NatalieG!
You have 2 to 3 mb, this is nothing!
I can work fine with this:
(Sorry, it is in Greek, but you can see the word "cache"!) ๐
However, if it grows up more, it is better to clear it to avoid any issues!
The fact is that we have not to worry about very small numbers! ๐

I generally clear my cache every three games, if I donโt I will get spinning pics for both me and my opponent. Then I started noticing that when I did clear my cache and open the game, the mastery points would come up first when I used to have to play one game before I saw that. I didn't think nothing of it at first until I started getting the spinning pics of me and my opponent, the pics wasnโt loading. That's when I discovered that my cache was back in my storage. I don't think I have ever seen my cache as high as yours. My play is effected even with my little 2.34 mb. You mean to say your profile loads with 27,21 mb?
It doesn't matter it's in Greek, that's your native language ๐

How do you earn points to get your personal avatar? I have the posts I need, now I need to work on points.

Great that you reached the goall to have your personal signature! Now the points to go to level 5! You have to reach 500 points!!
There are several ways for this!
- Collecting badges! Most badges give +2 points while a few give 5 or 10 (very rare). As I see you have not so many badges! Follow the threads that give badges! Ask from Diamond Lim to tag you if there is a badge to get!
- Writing comments you get reactions (sweet, love, helpful, etc. they give also badges, so you get points)
- Opening new threads that have traffic after opening.
- Answering to players' questions in Support areas. A simple answer gets +2 points. An accepted answer (it is named now Answered โ) Accepted answers are tricky, because they give far much more points than any other method! There are some details that you have to know, but as for now lets start from this information!

I aske to joined the Birthday Club and to be tagged in it, but I have a question, Is there a reminder or anything to see who's Birthday it is or who's Birthday is coming up? If I am tagged in it, is that how I know who's Birthday?

Every time there is a birthday, Diamond Lim taggs all members in the tag list to visit and wish happy birthday to the member! You can also give your birthday day so thatmembers are going to wish you happy birthday!
You can also ask from Diamond Lim to add you to the Community Hub tagging list, so that you can be informed about music threads, art threads, various celebration threads, anniversaries in the Community about games etc.
All these add more reactions to your comments and reactions give badges and badges give points! ๐
