Game not loading on Facebook!(Reported)!

My candy jelly game has frozen for 2 days and I’ve tried everything and it won’t budge

There seems to be an issue which is unfortunately affecting this game on game on Facebook!

Rest assured however, the game team is aware of this, and working hard as they can to solve this but we don't have a timeframe for a fix just yet.

In the meantime, here are your options:

- Play on Mobile device (make sure you remember to connect the game app to Facebook or Kingdom so your progress can sync).

- Download the game from Microsoft Store here (make sure you remember to connect the game app to Facebook or Kingdom so your progress can sync).

Please note that Boosters and lives do not get synced!

Once we know more, we'll update you all, thanks for your patience 😉

For the last week I get the message "You have experienced an error that we are working hard to fix. Please try again in a moment" The moment is over a week. When will this problem be fix? The problem is on my home computer. I can still play on my laptop and android cell phone. Each have different help items. My home computer has the most help items and I do not want to lose them.

It is impossible to load the Game ! Plaese how can i FIX it ? I claen my Cache but still the same PROBLEM like ather Users` ! The Sreenshot is the same , just in German , i am from Germany Plaese HELP me

Have you by any chance tried clearing the cache of your browser? http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache.
