Shows lives on the envelope, disappear when I open it! (FIXED on version 2.31.22)!

The live issue should now be fixed so if you're playing on mobile, please make sure you have the latest game app version: 2.31.22 installed.

If your auto-updates did not work, try @ashwil suggestion above. If you happen to play on Windows 10, there is an update coming up soon which will fix this issue.

I have some updates on the missing lives! 🙌

The issue will be fixed for players that are updating their game app from 2.29 to 2.30. Game app version 2.30 will be released next week but I don't have a specific day so please keep an eye on the App Store so you don't miss it.

If you currently have the game app version 2.29, you might still have the issue but as mentioned above, the 2.30 version will fix this.

NOTE! If you have updated your game from version 2.29 over to 2.30 and still have the missing live issue, please let me know so I can report this back to the Studio.

After a recent upgrade, the Messages pane shows a badge with a number, but is always blank instead of showing life requests or lives given by other playess. The badge disappears after I open and close the pane, but then comes back every time I open the game. What's going on?

Without my lives and not getting enough fishes 1340 which is SUPPOSE to be easy isn't. Jelly saga is on standby with this glitch Queen B. It's not your fault. I just wish the owners would fix the game

I also updated and still can’t get my messages.

I really would like to have my lives back. I've got so many. And I REALLY could use them. Especially since I'm on 1338 which is THE QUEEN! With no lives, gold bars or lollipops and everything is down, I don't have a chance beating her or Larry.The game should give us back our lives once this is fixed.

OK, have you made sure the game app is properly connected to either your Facebook or King account?

Can you also send me a screenshot of the mailbox when it shows you have a life so I can see how it looks like for you?

since a couple of week I cannot seen messages anymore. Although the message notifications shown some new messages by number after open the message box no message appear.

When I click on mailbox that says
1 — the 1 disappears and no life is added. On mobile

My game updated itself. And that is when i started having problems.

Phatcher I'm having the same problem. I lost over 8 lives now. I clicked on it today. It said 3 more lives. Again I have nothing.When is the game going to fix this problem. I really need my lives!!!!

Are you saying that the pop up closes when you're about to request or accept lives from friends? Which device are you playing on, mobile or on PC?

The problem isn't fixed yet Queen B. I've left me free lives up at this point. Especially since they don't give you enough fishes for 1340. It only comes our 3 times. Then you have to TRY to make your own. This one is suppose to be easy. But I'm figuring it's because Jelly isn't working right.

My game has been updated and still isn't fixed. I play at home on a regular computer. Not a tablet or phone.
