I need help Please.
atleast once a week I get logged out of the game and it won’t let me back in unless I delete the game and reinstall. Then I lose all my candies. It also means I can’t play in the Royal Championship.
help!!

Hi @chickyjelly have you tried the advice on the support page here https://community.king.com/en/candy-crush-jelly-saga/discussion/243839/game-keeps-freezing-or-crashing-what-should-i-do#latest it’s always best to post your problem on the support page itself ( after checking whether there are any solutions first ) as it likely to be seen by more people.
