Do u have enough memory? Need at least 2GB of memory

I am having the same problem, and YES, I have plenty of memory. Didn't have any problems for the past YEAR.

i was thinking of uninstalling it and reinstalling, just don't want to lose my progress.............can i do this?

The game does not load..cannot find any place to Contact them, nor do they have anything on Twitter. I've been playing this game for years..never had this problem before..and yes I have enough memory to handle the game. Has anyone heard anything?

I'm getting the same black screen Annette and no help. There is no contact button anywhere and I'll lose my bonus stuff if I can't play today...this is frustrating.

Found a way to contact them at queries@support.king.com.. I sent them a screenshot via email and they already said replied that they will contact me shortly....well hopefully.
