Hello, I received an e-mail saying I had 50 gold bars to us, but when I clicked the link and went into my game, the gold bars didn't show up. Can you help me get them please? :)

    Thank you @MargieLE - this is perfect. It appears to be a marketing offer from King for Candy Crush Jelly. I will let the game CM know you didn't get them, but in the meantime, I would contact Player Support and let them know you didn't receive them and make sure you include a copy of the email in the comments section.

    I have talked with the Studio and your issue is solved.

    Could you please, exit from your game app, close it for 10 secs and open it again? You should be able to see the Gb then in your account.

    Let me know if you have them
