Please tell me how to check my device ID to make sure you have the correct number. I have gotten at least 3 emails stating I have 50 gold bars but they are never in my game. I've emailed before regarding this and the issue never gets resolved
Hiya @Hockeypuck! 👋 I hope I can help you. I'd love to see you get your goldbars. Here is how you find your device ID:
If you login to your game, click on the gear ⚙ button at the bottom. Clink on your profile and at the top, where it says "King," double click the "King" icon and the game ID number will appear. 😉 Here are some pictures to help you. 📷 Happy gaming my candy crush friend and I hope this helps. 🤗😀
Ok thanks for your help with that. Now I need to find out if my ID matches what king has as my ID, because the gold bars are still not there. My ID is 2072377035

Please accept my apologies for the delay, I guess I must have missed the tag somehow.
I've had a look at your account now, and you're right: there are no 50 Gold Bars waiting for you in your Jelly game!
I'll speak to our Player Support team about that and we'll try to solve the issue together (that's not the usual way these things are solved but we can make an exception this time 😉)
