I logged into candy crush to play and was asked to participate in a survey. It asked what level i was on and to check on candy crush. I did so and lost the survey questionnaire. It stated i was chosen to participate and am upset i lost the opportunity by doing as it said to. Is there any way to get it back or be resentit?

How do I contact support? Having multiple issues in game.
My first issue is with purchases. I did a few purchases for extra help stuff, but the game keeps auto using them without me clicking it. 5 times now I have set my phone down and picked it back up only to have it using the “help” items I paid for.
