Sometimes matching two candies for a cross blast does not trigger the effect correctly. Are you referring to how the cross blast doesn't seem clear everything across the board as it should @Pyrolight

So, IP address cannot prove that you have multiple accounts. You are right @quekkc Family members on the same router will have the same IP address. The purpose of the rule is to catch people with multiple accounts on the same device I would think

Yes loads of people start again by creating a new account @christinewupp but how many of them have read the T&Cs do you think. This is why it is all so confusing @MannyFae Your account is just the email and password that you save your game with. So if you start a game on the Windows app you can just log into the game app on an iPad using the same credentials. I believe what isn't allowed is creating loads of accounts using several different email…

Perhaps they consider Mobile to be a platform along with Windows and Facebook? They do @MannyFae As per the T&Cs 4.4. Platforms: Mobile (App Store, Google Play), Amazon, Windows, and as updated by King from time to time.
