Totally agree, finally passed the level after using boosters. Now I'm on level 2836 which is equally, if not more, terrible than 2834. It's becoming blatantly obvious that the levels are impossible to pass without boosters. I am just about done with this game. I appreciate your help!

I had this issue a few weeks ago and then it was working again until yesterday. Allen has all the balloons and throws his arms up but you get nothing, very annoying.

Relax bud, I have actually seen a few other people that are having trouble with the level as well. I have seen myself that playing on a computer vs a phone for certain levels can even make a huge difference. I have an Android and I am also having this problem. All 3 times right as I was about to complete the level. I have seen a lot of angry comments on a help/blog page, seems everyone is having this issue.
