Hi Nan- Someone else mentioned this to me. Are you playing on Facebook? If so, these chats are not part of King but part of Facebook. There should be a "x" in the right hand corner, click this to exit the chats. If you are playing elsewhere please can you upload a screenshot of the chats so that I can take a look? Thanks!

Hi lin22all- How long have you been having this problem for? Have you tried the usual PC troubleshooting, checking everything is up to date and trying the game on another browser? If none of this works could you upload a screenshot? Is anyone else here having the same problem?

Hi Taniwd- What level are you playing on? Have you tested the game in another browser to check that the problem is not there? Also are the Boosters locked in all of the levels or just the one that you are currently playing? Can you upload a screenshot so that we can take a look? Let me know :-)

Hey Geoff- If your old levels are on Facebook on your computer we should be able to restore your progress on your new iPad. Try uninstalling Candy Crush from your device, restarting and then reinstall the latest version of Candy Crush again. Once you have done this try and log into Facebook again on your new iPad hopefully…

Hey jssy- this is an unusual one. Have you tried uninstalling the game and restarting your phone? When you reinstall the game (make sure that it is the latest version too) and reconnect hopefully it will resync the correct Facebook levels. Which model of phone and tablet do you have?
