Hey Claire- Try to play another level on Facebook then try again to reconnect your device to Facebook. Hopefully it will then update and sync your progress again. Let me know how you get on with this :) Good luck!

Hey Jenn- It sounds like your new phone may not be connected to Facebook properly. Try logging out of Facebook and then back in again- this should re-sync everything again.
