Hey Gem1373- Wow it sounds like you have covered most things. Do you have the Facebook app on your iPad and which version? Also which version of Candy Crush? You can check these in the app store. Let me know.

Hi Arun- on the game home page in the bottom left side you will find the Settings and in the settings there is an option to "Restore Purchases" any Boosters that you have bought should be in your account again :) Let me know how you get on.

Hey RangerFan there are currently only 1040 levels on mobile devices but there are 1070 levels on Facebook. The levels have to specially designed for each platform so the releases can come at different times. Hi Granny57. Where are you playing Pet Rescue? Sometimes I find that the levels vary slightly across platform. When I am stuck on a level on my mobile, I try playing on Facebook instead and vise versa. Hey Stacey I had a similar problem on my Android too. I closed all of the apps and then installed Pet Rescue again. Make sure you have the levels backed up with Facebook so that you don't lose the levels. Let me know how you get on with this :)
