I had a similar problem a few weeks ago but the issue resolved itself. Is the problem fixed for you now too? Let us know :)

Hey on the game home page in the bottom left side you will find the Settings and in the settings there is an option to "Restore Purchases" any Boosters that you have bought should be in your account again :)

Hi Chris what model of phone do you have? Make sure that your device is compatible here- http://candycrushsaga.com/help/en Any problems with my phone I always try a restart, solves loads of problems :) Let me know how you get on!

Hi Lois- if you go to the Settings there is an option to Restore Purchases. This should bring back any items that you have bought and been lost. Let me know how you get on :)
