  • Do you have an iPad 2 or later? Are you having a problem with any other apps? Make sure that you don't have any other apps running in the background as this can cause the game to not run smoothly. Let me know how you get on :-) 
  • Hey- Are you having this problem with any other apps? If you are playing while connected to your mobile data try switching to a WiFi connection if possible. Also make sure that you have the latest version of Candy Crush installed. Let me know how you get on :-)

  • Hi Innocent- What model of mobile are you playing on? Are you currently connected with WiFi or your mobile data? The first thing I would try is checking to see if you have the latest version of Candy installed, and if you have the Facebook app make sure that this is up to date too.   • Hi Cristian- A may be a bit of a long shot but whenever I have had a problem with my Lumia, doing these steps seems to fix it. Go to Settings > system > advertising id.
