There is the same amount of jellies, it is counted differently now. It used to be counted by number, now it is counted by layers, in fact 126 is the double of 63 😀😀😀

You have dispensers that give you wrapped and striped candies, but you need to make your own specials to combine with the ones from dispenser in order to pass this level.

Feed the frog by matching the color bombs with candies that match the frog's color. When it's full, click on it and then on other tile from the board (it's better to chose a tile with a toffee swirl, that way you'll fulfill the toffee order sooner). Repeat that 5 times.
