For my device, I find it at the bottom of the info page. I click on contact us. I've also gone to King. Com to get help. Search on support tab might also have a link. Good luck. They've been quick to help recently, but sometimes they aren't.

It never used to be accessible to some, but to all. It's it not available to older, longer game-use players?

Me, either. I was told by support to clear the game cache. It's didn't work

I cleared my cache last week. Hoping it works for MM, but I do not have it again this week. Weirdly, the cache clears, but is back when I reopen the app. Weird.

Did you clear the cache? Go to your app and look for the cache. Mine was under all the info stuff. I'm hoping I get MM tomorrow.

Contact support. They are usually good at helping you with that!
