What is the make of game card? What error message do you get? I think you might need to contact the customer service of the manufacturer of the game card that you bought. I hope this helps.

Has this happened before? This has happened to me and it turns out that I had missed one of the bombs. If this happens again, could you take a screenshot so that we can try and help you? 

Hey, I had the same problem yesterday on Facebook but it is working for me now. Is it fixed for you yet? Also I noticed that there wasn't a problem on my mobile though so you should be able to play there in the meantime until it is sorted! 

I had the same problem a while back and it is working again now. I did notice however, that I did not have the problem on my phone or tablet. So you could try collecting lives/tickets on there and then continue to play on Facebook. I am sure the problem will be fixed for you soon too.

What kind of mobile device are you playing? Have you tried the usual troubleshooting steps? Restarting the device, making sure that you have the latest version of Candy Crush Saga installed. Also make sure that you have a strong wifi connection. Let us know how you get on.
