I just managed to beat him this morning. I was getting so fed up with it that I scrolled down to level 1 and just kept going. I think I had two minutes to spare when I beat him.

Sorry, I can't help with this issue either. I play on a tablet but not through Facebook. My extra moves keep increasing to about 250.
