Keep trying, don't let a hard level stop you from playing!

The pc ccs app gives the best levels. After a week or two, that's when they decrease the moves so it's not fun anymore. For example on one level the moves on WIN 10 version was 35. A week later when someone on mobile played it, that folk only had 25 moves, that's a 10 move difference

This is the best i can get for now. Getting 3 or sugar stars is like trying to pass level 2005🙄

If your back at level 1 and have a king account, you can connect your account. If not unfortunately there is nothing to do.

Thanks for the tip @Diamond Lim unfortunately incognito mode doesn't work either. I don't think it's with the cookies it's probably the reCAPTCHA
