When you do a reinstall all the local data is wiped so they're lost now, only gold bars and progress get synced to FB or Kingdom, all the rest stays local. I take it the sound is working for everything else right? If you've connected your game to FB or Kingdom then I'd start with a fresh install, maybe one of the game files has been damaged.

How long has it been updating for Jane? depending how longs it's been it might be better to wipe the game and install it from fresh if you've synced your progress to FB or Kingdom.

That'll be because it's only progress and gold bars that get synced across devices whilst all the rest is locally stored on the device itself.

You should try this Niji - Log out of the FB app on your mobile and delete it, then open up a web browser and go to FB and sign in. Now go to the game and open it, click connect and it will briefly bring up the web browser and connect you from there rather than the app. Hopefully that should be it and once that's done just…
