I am stuck on the same level, so how come that some people are on higher levels? The levels haven't been released so I don't see how that's possible, are you talking about the original Candy?

Yesterday there was a chat box on the bottom right of the web page here that allowed contact with a team member via online chat. Today it's gone. Looks like they got sick of people complaining and removed it. Yeah something definitely went wrong by the looks of it, from what I hear now though it appears to be working again.

I see the conveyor belt and the gift. But how do i get the gift to use it? Normally if you tap on the present itself it should open up and show you whats inside.

I have this problem too. I contacted King and sent a screenshot, they said try a different browser, use Chrome, etc... every thing is good on my end, it's not my computer! They changed the settings bar and now it blocks the game all the time! Any chance you could post your screenshot as well?

I found I could play 346 on their website. However, I cannot play it on my iphone or ipad That's normal, at the moment there are 360 levels which are up to date on Facebook and Android whilst iOS trails behind again on 345 levels.
