Oh yes, I have found this too. Normally I can anticipate when the timed boosters show up and some of them (from the Season Pass and Bakers Box) we can choose when to claim them. I remember reading about King using the word "bespoke" themselves in a press statement. Therefore yes, it can be seen as a good thing.
