@candycrazycat Exactly same as me!! Only I was logged out while playing…went to hit the next level and it just signed me out. When I signed back in it gave me a different #Number, lost all my boosters, gold and progress and even petopia disappeared. I also getting computer codes on my screen. I've contacted King support…

And how am I still lisamo on here but on the game with my password and email won't take that and started me back to the beginning. Just randomly signed me out….I've been going back and forth with King…all they need to do is change my ID# back and I'll be set…it even gave me a different ID# This is ridiculous!

I don't play on phone . I play on laptop..through Microsoft. Happy some of you have this issue resolved! Some of us can't play past 7663 updates and all.

Also, don't have google play. That's for Android….I don't use anything with Android.

I'm all updated on all devices…nothing.
