I can´t really post the highest score on this device, but I remember which level I did: 93. On levels where I learn new spells, I use the spell for every move. The final score (with a Magic Hat on) probably was over 2.2 million!

For those special bubbles that I know, some of the bubbles actually have different names from the bubbles that you described. The ´black scowling rocks´ are actually known as Black Bubbles. The ´white color changers´ are actually known as Color Stones.
