Sometimes an issue that a player experiences is related to their device rather than the game. So, we first suggest trying the following troubleshooting tips to maximize the chances of the game running more smoothly for you:
- Internet: Ensure you have a strong and stable Internet connection.
- Updates: Check the app stores to update to the latest version of your game if needed, and the latest software update for your device.
- Memory: Do you have sufficient memory on your device? We recommend having at least 2GB free. If you have less than this be sure to free up some memory to enable the game to run as smoothly as possible.
- Cache: Clear your game cache. Do NOT clear your game data -- that is where your boosters are stored.
- Restart: Force close all open apps and restart your device. Leave it switched off for at least 10 seconds, then turn it on again.

Hello @dinike82 That's great and I applaud you for this, but….
Be careful: This game manipulates players in a big way. It lets you win episodes and zoom through levels deliberately to make you think this is a game you are good at. But in reality the game decides the outcome of each level for us. So if you win level after level it's because the game wants you to win. When the game starts to block you instead (and it will!) slow down and only play a maximum of one or two episodes per day. If you don't slow down the game will make it harder and harder for you to gain free boosters, and also to win the weekly race (your opponents get harder if you crush a lot) and other leaderboards. The game manipulates its players. Just beware you stay on top of it all, and always make sure you come out of each episode with more gold bars than when you entered it. The moment you lose gold is the moment to pause playing.

Unfortunately, some ads do not work as intended. The best way to make the King advertisement team aware of issues is to use the process described in the following article from our Help Center.
👉How to report an ad in your game
In addition to reporting ads, you might find the following tips helpful:
- When you tap on the "x" button and it redirects to the advertiser's website, you might try to tap on the "back" button on your device. It might return you to the game but you might or might not get the reward for watching the ad.
- On some ads, there is a button in a bottom corner of the ad. After tapping on that button, you can select "Broken" from a set of options.
It is important to report faulty ads. The more complaints submitted about a given ad, the greater the likelihood it will get fixed or removed completely

Hello @zøz and thank you for trying the troubleshooting steps. You do not need to reply to the "Under investigation" discussion. Once it is resolved, the title of the thread will be changed to "Fixed" to inform players that the event is working correctly. Let's hope that happens soon! Many players rely on this event to win gold bars and boosters.

Thanks for your reply. I have checked all the suggested resolutions but unfortunately races are still not working.
Also had a look on the suggested post but not sure how I suppose to report to those moderators?
