I just played on my phone without link account to facebook to save the progress. But ytd, after I link my facebook account with the game to save the progress, all my gold bars (more than 700) gone. How can I get it back?

The app keeps crashing and today was the worst. Lost many boosters, levels, progress and my gold pass. The game compensated a couple of times when all stars started but not since. It is not my device.

After I pass the level, it shows that I've given out my reward gold but it doesn't actually give me my gold. Why is that?
